Production Technician

Plum Personnel is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join their UK team. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products in a fast-paced print production environment. Your duties will include setting up, drilling, stitching, poly wrapping, taping, cutting, collating, inserting, gluing, and labelling of products. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment around your equipment and adhering to the company's Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned activities to produce a completed product
• Follow and adhere to the company Quality Management System (QMS)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Download print files
• Check proof copies
• Operate digital print machines
• Assist with inventory maintenance and distribution of finished goods

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic
• Flexible attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a small team
• Self-motivated
• Excellent eye for detail
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel/Adobe)
