We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in LabVIEW to join our team at MFK Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture, and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications in LabVIEW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of medium-large scale control software applications in LabVIEW for integration into electromechanical ultrasonic measurement and test systems. They will also provide mentorship to team members to enhance their proficiency in advanced LabVIEW skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting and leading the development of high-quality software applications in LabVIEW
  • Providing mentorship to team members to enhance their proficiency in advanced LabVIEW skills
  • Capturing and refining complex software requirements for client-facing projects
  • Collaborating with internal departments to design and implement software components for advanced in-house systems

Desirable qualities include:

  • 1+ years of experience working within a scrum framework as part of an agile implementation
  • Working within a quality management system and to health & safety standards
