Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Nursery Room Executive to join our team at Busy Bees Rugby Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare services.

As a Senior Nursery Room Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery, overseeing the day-to-day activities, and contributing to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be the second-in-command at the nursery, working closely with the nursery manager.
  • To ensure the individual needs of every child are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • To take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children, in line with EYFS, and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • To encourage and praise children's development and achievements, while guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
