Job Description: As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving all plant, processes, and assets to meet stringent safety and quality standards. Your primary focus will be on day-to-day maintenance and improvement activities, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing equipment faults, formulating improved maintenance practices, and actively championing health and safety initiatives. You will also be required to observe and report on machinery or component defects, provide CMMS data, and contact OEMs for technical support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess strong experience as a multi-skilled engineer within a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment. A HNC or apprenticeship-trained background with proven experience working on fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, and PLCs is essential.

Candidates should also demonstrate good knowledge of filling and process technology, as well as strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills. Team building skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are highly valued in this position.
