About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Enterprise Business Architect to join our team at RADIUS. As a key member of our business architecture function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic vision and operational execution, bridging the gap between business strategies and enterprise architecture.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and maintaining business architecture models: Reflecting the strategic direction of the organization and creating roadmaps to ensure alignment of business initiatives and projects with the company's long-term goals and strategies.
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders: Engaging with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure alignment of projects and initiatives with overall business objectives.
  3. Evaluating technologies and solutions: Assessing and recommending technologies, platforms, and tools that align with the organization's strategic goals, including evaluating emerging technologies, conducting proof-of-concepts, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  4. Creating business cases: Developing detailed business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and resource requirements, and presenting them to senior management for approval and funding.
  5. Maintaining governance frameworks: Ensuring compliance with internal policies, standards, and external regulations through the establishment and maintenance of governance frameworks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Enterprise Architecture, Management Information Systems, Computer Science.
  • Several years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, enterprise architecture frameworks, and business process modelling tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A good understanding of the industry and business domain in which the organization operates, including Telematics and IoT.
