Job Title: Specialist Support Worker

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support service users in achieving their goals and living a full life based on their individual support plans.

• Safeguard the well-being and protect from harm of our service users wherever possible. This includes promoting health and safety regulations and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Offer emotional support and maintain a person-centred approach when needed, fostering positive relationships with service users.

• Enable participation in social activities and services, manage finances, medication, and practical tasks around the home, and provide respectful personal care and hygiene support.

• Serve as an informal point of contact for family members, social workers, and others within the service user's support network.

• Accurately report and record any concerns related to service user care and support.

Key Requirements:

• Comply with organisational policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
