Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at our Crescent link store in Northern Ireland. This is a Full Time position with 24 and 32 hour contracts available, offering a mix of shifts Mon-Sun.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, with previous experience as a Barista or in hospitality preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks according to customer specifications.
  • Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring excellent presentation standards.
  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure all products are stocked and ready for use, maintaining inventory levels.
