Job Summary

This role involves providing supervisory and management support as needed, working collaboratively with other teams to develop effective links with healthcare services and private sector organizations. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive high-quality support from the outset, contributing to the development and implementation of the service plan, and monitoring its continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • To carry out supervisory functions and provide guidance as necessary.
  • Work closely with colleagues to build partnerships with NHS, voluntary, and private sector services to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of professional development and implement strategies for ongoing learning and growth.
  • Establish and maintain professional networks to achieve personal work objectives and contribute to the development of the team.
