About the Role:

As a Customer Care Associate at Altro, you will be the first point of contact for our UK Walling customers, ensuring they receive world-class service. You will handle sales orders, manage delivery requirements, resolve technical queries, and support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Support our sales team and contribute to the success of the business

Requirements:

  • Strong business and commercial skills in a customer service environment
  • GCSEs (grade C or above in English & Maths)
  • UK internal account management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask
