Territory Sales Professional

Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Consultant role is an exciting opportunity to drive sales and product awareness of our products with assigned B&Q stores. As a Territory Sales Consultant, you will be working across the South East covering Trowbridge, Witney, Swindon, Chippenham, and Devizes stores, and you are required to be living in these areas.
This position is ideal for a sales professional with Retail sales or service experience, who has coached or mentored others. In return, we offer an exciting career with ongoing support and development, attractive salary, uncapped sales bonus, car, lunch allowance, and a company-contributed pension.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish strong selling relationships with store associates, store management, and other customer contacts.
- Continually promote and represent the brand and product strengths to B&Q store teams and consumers.
- Utilize the CRM system to document sales calls and store visits.
- Conduct events to promote products and increase sales.
- Ensure in-store activations and business activity are executed successfully in each store.
- Prepare performance summaries to the Regional Manager of Sales performance, Training, Business Directed Activity, and In-Store Activations monthly, meeting or exceeding goals.
- Develop, promote, implement, and evaluate Partnerships across the customer base, including periodic formal meetings with Store Unit Managers as directed by the business.
- Ensure that the Sherwin-Williams brands are leveraged across the customer base.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Merchandising.
- Experience coaching, mentoring others is an advantage.
- Retail experience.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including 2 Saturdays a month and bank holidays.
- Valid driver's license required for the role.
