Caregiver and Advocate

At BeBee Professionals in Stroud, we are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. This position involves supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, promoting independence, and encouraging personal growth.

• Role Purpose: Provide support to service users with disabilities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork.

• Support Services: Provide daily living support, implement care plans, and facilitate community outings.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and colleagues.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service user progress, including care plans and incident reports.

• Education and Qualifications: High school diploma; certification in healthcare or social work is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities is an asset.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and ability to work independently.

• Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
