As a Project Manager at PXGEO, you will be responsible for the overall success of our projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery. Your role will involve developing and implementing project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and managing budgets and resources. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including safety, technical, and commercial requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent business acumen, with a strong understanding of commercial and financial principles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
