We are looking for an Academic Learning Partner who can work with students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting their academic and social development.

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement specific learning plans, provide one-to-one guidance, and adapt their approach to meet each child's unique needs.

Job Description
  • Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their academic and personal growth.
  • Assist the teacher with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that all SEN requirements are met.
  • Use positive reinforcement and patience to encourage student engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and staff to develop effective support strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and organised learning environment.

The salary for this role is approximately £87.50-102.50 per day, plus benefits.
