Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration and Validation Engineer to join our Electrical & Electronic Systems department. This role will play a crucial part in the delivery of integrated HW and SW in assigned projects for our New Technology and New Model Introduction Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and execute overall SW and HW technical integration, ensuring seamless delivery of integrated systems.
  2. Define and manage integration points, receiving and collecting SW releases, and publishing feature release plans.
  3. Assess SW and HW compatibility, ensuring EOW/EOL readiness and reviewing Systems Requirements for testability.
  4. Develop and execute test specifications, test cases, and automated test scripts for electrical systems.
  5. Coordinate testing of EES features on bikes, liaising with test riders and ensuring bikes and track are available at the correct time.
Requirements
  1. BEng or MEng in a Technical subject with modules covering software planning and integration or equivalent and relevant experience.
  2. Previous experience in an automotive/manufacturing/industrial environment, with proficient planning of Integrated Software delivery into complex systems.
  3. Proficient with CANoe and CANalyzer, knowledge of diagnostic protocol and re-programming, and proficient in Systems test and validation.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and knowledge of full Systems Engineering lifecycle / V model.
