About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Maidenhead, Berkshire. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service and high sales targets are achieved.
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety rules and regulations.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure maximum profitability of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the German Doner Kebab brand.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on restaurant performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
