Role Overview

As a Corporate Credit Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting corporate clients with their credit trading of Investment Grade Bonds. You will work closely with colleagues to develop broader investment strategies and contribute to the growth of our Distribution and Credit Solutions division.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Pricing and execution of relevant transactions
  2. Manage own book and hedge risk appropriately
  3. Ensure all procedural and regulatory guidelines are upheld
  4. Develop our profile as a reliable market maker to build long term relationships with clients based on trust and professionalism
  5. Develop client franchise by having strong interactions with sales and engineering teams while working in partnership with the sales team to communicate market flows, trade ideas, and any relevant trading information to support revenue generation

Experience / Competencies Required

  1. Market knowledge and experience in investment banking/financial services industry
  2. Strong corporate client network/relationships
  3. Proven background in market making IG products
  4. Highly motivated with a desire to develop both personally and to help build the team/department
  5. Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for numbers and excellent attention to detail
