Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have good employment law knowledge either through studies or working experience. A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace is desirable. Previous experience of working in a KPI/target-driven environment would be highly desirable, ideally in a shared service centre.

Competencies:
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritising your workload accordingly.
  • An organised self-starter.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary estimate: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
