About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at Costa Coffee, located in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.


As a Costa Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee drinks that provide uplifting moments for our customers. You will work closely with your team to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Crafting great coffee that meets our high standards
  • Serving customers with a smile and ensuring they have a memorable experience
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean store
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints professionally

About You:


We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.


What We Offer:


We offer a competitive hourly rate between £12.00-13.00, depending on location, and a range of benefits including free handmade drinks while on shift, 50% discount on food and bottled drinks, and access to our Cycle to Work Scheme.
