About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Sellafield Ltd. As a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering the full range of mechanical craft maintenance activities safely, efficiently, and effectively in support of business/plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Isolate/make safe of plant equipment
- Fault finding and resolving issues, including techniques used
- Use manual and electronic information retrieval systems
- Read technical drawings, instructions, and manuals
- Liaise with a broad range of contacts
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or similar subject
- Successful completion of a recognised Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or similar subject
- Proven maintenance experience gained through working on a wide range of equipment
