About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Blackpool and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prompting and administering medication as required
  • Assisting with the preparation of meals and drinks
  • Supporting with activities of daily living, including domestic duties and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Undertaking training for Complex Care Interventions, including suctioning, ventilation, and PEG

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A driver's license and access to a car is required
  • Good professional and personal references
