About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team at Seven Search and Selection Ltd. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of category strategies across our portfolio of health and personal care brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Collaborate with key customers to understand their needs and develop mutually beneficial relationships
  • Manage and analyze large datasets, including Kantar and Nielsen, to inform category decisions
  • Provide expert category guidance to sales and marketing teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Category Executive or similar role, preferably in a global FMCG business
  • Extensive knowledge of the health and personal care market, including trends and consumer behavior
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
