Mobile App Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile App Development Team Lead to join our team at Hero Fitness. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our mobile app, leveraging your expertise in React Native and native development for both iOS and Android.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern software development best practices, including Kanban, CICD, and TDD. You will also have experience in on-device image processing and machine vision, as well as familiarity with GraphQL.

As a team lead, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding our team of developers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results. You will also be responsible for collaborating with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our mobile app meets the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our mobile app, leveraging your expertise in React Native and native development for both iOS and Android.
  • Mentor and guide our team of developers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our mobile app meets the needs of our users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile app development, and make recommendations for improvement.
