Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand at all times and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Drive and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Make commercial decisions that benefit the store and manage the performance of all sales assistants.
  • Drive retail sales and performance with your management team.
