SMT Kitting Operator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SMT Kitting Operator to join our team at Hudson Shribman. As an SMT Kitting Operator, you will play a critical role in preparing and organizing component kits for the SMT assembly process.

**Responsibilities:**

• Verify component kits against bills of materials (BOMs) to ensure accuracy
• Check part numbers, quantities, and specifications to ensure correct components are pulled from inventory
• Report any problems with kitting or processing to the Team Leader immediately
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and regulations
• Perform other tasks as required

**Requirements:**

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Pro-active team player
• Capable of working independently
