The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to support our fast-growing sales team. This role combines elements of business analytics, sales operations, and finance, requiring a mix of go-to-market design, market analysis, sales optimization, strategy, and business operational support.

As a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, you'll assist sales leaders in driving revenue growth by supporting our strategy. Your projects may include building scalable reporting infrastructure, evaluating market opportunities, supporting product growth strategies, sales pipeline analysis, and reviewing key performance metrics.

This role involves interacting with various organizational areas and provides exposure to senior executives. You should comprehend the key factors that drive success in a sales team, possess a keen enthusiasm for data analysis, and excel at translating narratives into actionable strategies.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will support extensive GTM planning processes and central initiatives through capacity planning, productivity review, market segmentation, territory carving, quota/incentive design, and more by applying expertise in data modeling and analysis.
  • You'll become the analytical powerhouse behind day-to-day operations, evaluating business performance through a data-centric lens.
  • You will find opportunities for improvement and efficiency by operationalizing insights through the creation of robust processes and workflows.
  • You'll collaborate closely with go-to-market teams to provide insights and support on projects aimed at boosting revenue and improving sales productivity.
  • You will triage and troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes/infrastructure/systems for scale.
  • You'll enable regional teams with insights, analysis, processes, and tools, providing thought leadership and input into global projects.
  • You will have the opportunity to blend analytical skills with innovative inquiry, incorporating insights from sales leaders.
  • You'll fuel your curiosity to uncover trends and deliver impactful insights that resonate across the entire organizational spectrum, shaping strategies, refining processes, and driving the organization toward success.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative subject area (e.g., Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Sciences).
  • 4+ years of related experience in an analytical role such as Sales Strategy, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, and/or Venture Capital/Private Equity, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; or 2+ years and a Master's degree.
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business sense.
  • An experience track record of building high-quality and sophisticated models and presentations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A strong work ethic and self-starter, adapting to change within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in BI platforms for data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
  • Experience with R, Python, Tableau (or similar analytical packages) is a plus.
