We are seeking a seasoned Area Sales Manager to spearhead the sale of our comprehensive construction solutions to key contractors and specialists across the Midlands and North of England, with occasional visits to London.

Working closely with an internal sales team, you will be based in the field, spending one day at our headquarters in Worcester. Your primary responsibility will be to provide consultative sales support to principal contractors, specialist installers, subcontractors, façade and roofing specialists, typically engaging with Construction Directors, Senior Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Installation Managers, Procurement Managers, Estimators, and Technical Managers.

Sales efforts will focus on securing project-based orders ranging from £5k to £500k. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of selling construction products to construction contractors and exhibit a consultative sales approach.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary between £55k-£70k (dependent upon experience), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, and a company car or car allowance. An annual company bonus tied to performance will also be part of the compensation package.
