Swim Instructor Role

We are seeking a confident and approachable Swim Instructor to provide safe and effective swimming lessons for our customers at our Telford Gym.

As a Swim Instructor, you will engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals, make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop, and deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire members to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities
