This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Estates Team, supporting Facilities Management in ensuring that workshop and facilities equipment are well-maintained and running smoothly. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring external contractors perform maintenance tasks, reviewing and recording service contracts, actively assigning and logging jobs through a maintenance management system, and providing data to support workshop and facilities KPIs.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure external contractors perform maintenance on workshop and facilities equipment
* Review and record service contracts for workshop and facilities equipment
* Actively assign and log jobs through a maintenance management system
* Be a point of contact for the Maintenance Helpdesk
