Learning and Development Specialist

Main Duties:
- To develop and maintain relationships with children, parents and colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- To contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs that promote child development and well-being.
- To maintain accurate records of children's assessment progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant practice qualification in early learning and childcare (e.g. HNC in Childhood Practice or SVQ Social Services).
- Experience of working or training in an early learning and childcare setting.
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of child development and ability to work flexibly.
Remuneration:
An annual salary of £24,400, reflecting the skills and qualifications required for this role.
