Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Specialist to join our team at Costa Coffee in Fort William. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

This role involves working as part of a close-knit team to maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and product quality. As a Coffee Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of coffee preparation, presentation, and sales techniques.

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers by providing attentive and knowledgeable service.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and other specialty beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a strong work ethic. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00-13.00, depending on location, plus a range of benefits, including free handmade drinks, 50% discount on food and bottled drinks while on shift, and access to our Cycle to Work Scheme.
