Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for an NMC Registered Nurse with significant experience in haemodialysis and strong leadership skills to join our team as a Dialysis Unit Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing best practice in patient management, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving efficiency in our clinics.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing others, counselling patients, and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission. You will also have excellent administrative, organizational, and clinical skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- To lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing haemodialysis
- To develop and implement effective plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- To monitor and maintain accurate records of patient treatment, including medication administration and laboratory results
- To participate in budget planning and monitoring supplies to ensure efficient use of resources
- To promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development among team members
