Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Implementation and Training Team Leader to join our team at OMEGA RESOURCE GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful migration and implementation of projects, creating documentation to back up any changes or implementations, developing and conducting user training sessions, coordinating deployment with stakeholders, and gathering feedback for future improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful migration and/or implementation of projects
  • Create documentation to back up any changes or implementations
  • Develop and conduct user training sessions
  • Coordinate deployment with stakeholders and gather feedback for future improvements
  • Track programming changes using version control software
  • Have a high level of understanding regarding databases, relational, analytical, etc.
  • Business Analysis and Technical Skillset required
  • An understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) and report building
  • APS Planning or similar Manufacturing Planning systems knowledge
  • Knowledge of (BIDS) for forms and reports, Installation and testing of fixes and upgrades
  • Knowledge of Windows Server
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Queries
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Business Intelligence Development Studio
  • Some knowledge of Visual Basic (VB.NET & VBA)

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Able to generate high-quality output with an excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude to work requirements to workplace activities as necessary
