Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Advisor to join our client company, a well-established and ambitious IFA firm in Chatham, Kent. As a Senior Financial Planner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, long-term advice to clients with assets of £200k - £500k. You will benefit from existing clients and leads, as well as a proven infrastructure that has contributed to the success of previous Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake reviews of clients' financial planning needs and provide tailored advice
  • Grow your client bank through self-generation and referrals
  • Benefit from excellent back office support, including Paraplanners, Administrators, Compliance, Operations, and IT
  • Support towards Chartered exams to enhance your knowledge and scope of advice

Requirements

  • Some experience as a Financial Advisor
  • Full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  • Ability to uphold the ethics of putting the client first

Benefits

  • Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 with Year 1 OTE of £75,000 and Year 2 OTE of £100,000+
  • Potential to consider offering a guarantee while you build your pipeline
  • Car allowance and additional annual bonus upon achieving targets
