The Role

We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to facilitate the growth of our consultancy. Initially, you will be assigned to a project covering the Suffolk area or work from our headquarters assisting in various projects. The projects will be in the civils sector, likely with Tier 1 Main Contractors. Flexible working arrangements will be possible, but this may vary depending on client requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Civils sector experience is preferred
  • A desire to work in a hybrid role is essential
  • You must hold a full UK driving license
  • NEC experience is necessary
  • Consultancy experience is desired but not essential
  • You should possess strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • An understanding of tendering and procurement processes would be a valuable asset
  • You must be presentable and articulate
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven time management abilities are required
  • You should demonstrate commercial acumen
  • A work-winning attitude is essential
