Job Overview
- As a key member of our project team, you'll be responsible for preparing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- You'll work closely with our project management team to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery, leveraging your expertise in project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including project status, schedule performance metrics, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with our project management team to plan personnel needs, ensuring the right people are in place at the right time.
- Evaluate subcontractor progress payments and cross-check them with project data to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Support change management and assist with delay analysis, helping to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Analyze project data and communicate findings to stakeholders, driving business decisions and growth.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of planning experience in the contracting sector, with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle (design, procurement, construction, commissioning).
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in project management software.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
