Nursery Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Nursery Manager to oversee the monitoring, planning, and development of our nursery setting in Hackney.

The ideal candidate will have a sound working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Ofsted Standards, with a minimum of 18 months nursery management experience.

Your role:

• Oversee the monitoring, planning, and development of the nursery setting
• Promote and ensure a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment
• Support and promote equality and diversity throughout all areas of care and practice
• Supervise, support, and review staff development and performance
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery

Requirements:

• Early Years Degree or relevant childcare qualification
• A minimum 18 months nursery management experience
• A sound understanding of the Ofsted standards and requirements
• A sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
