Head Chef for a Flagship Restaurant in North Wales

This role will be in their flagship location in North Wales, which currently serves around 500 covers all day. We are seeking a strong and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen.

• A dynamic, passionate, and professional Head Chef with a background in high-paced casual dining kitchens
• An individual with meticulous attention to detail and high standards
• A Head Chef with 5+ years of experience in a busy A La Carte kitchen
• A team player who can also excel independently
• Hands-on and used to working in teams of 8-15 chefs
