As a Neighbourhood Services Lead, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive housing management service to customers within a defined patch of properties. This role involves liaising with customers, undertaking tasks, and being visible on your patch to achieve sustainability throughout our neighbourhoods.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Handling tenancy-related queries in accordance with contractual requirements and Great Places policies.
  • Providing direct tenancy support to ensure tenancy sustainment.
  • Ensuring the effective marketing of vacant homes in accordance with Great Places policies and allocating properties that meet the needs of the customer and the business.
As a Neighbourhood Services Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting those most vulnerable in our communities and ensuring they receive the necessary support to live independently. You will work closely with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver an exceptional housing management service.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can provide excellent support to our customers and contribute to the success of our neighbourhood teams.
