What to Expect
As a keyworker, you will be responsible for ensuring that every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will also take ownership of observation, assessment, and planning for your key children, and work closely with your colleagues to provide a high-quality learning environment.
