About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Cedar House School, part of the Witherslack Group. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students in the classroom, promoting their learning and development
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support and interventions
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of lessons and activities
  • Provide individualized support to students, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
