About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to join our Cyber Security team within Advisory at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of professionals, driving growth and innovation in the field of Cyber Risk and Product Growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality delivery of projects and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and innovation in Cyber Risk and Product Growth, identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new clients.
  • Collaborate with Partners and Directors to shape and grow our specialist teams, contributing to 3-year business planning and in-year business execution.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior members of staff, promoting their development and growth within the organization.
  • Engage with non-client facing but strategically important initiatives in the firm, including support of Corporate Responsibility initiatives and Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity initiatives.
Requirements
  • Broad understanding of Cyber Risk, Strategy, and Resilience disciplines, including current and future regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the market and industry trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Partners and Directors, contributing to the development and growth of our specialist teams.
