Job Overview
We are seeking an highly organized and administrative skilled individual to provide comprehensive support to the ENT Directorate Team in Wales Medicines Strategy Group. The successful candidate will work directly with senior management, acting as a crucial point of contact, source of information, and play a key role in maintaining cross-organisational communication and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the ENT Directorate Team.
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day operational requirements for delivery of this service.
  • Act as the Directorate officer to support the management team with scheduling and communication.
  • Manage databases and PMS on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent typing and word processing skills, including the use of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. They will also have strong database management skills and be proficient in PMS and Oracle systems.

Requirements:
  • A high standard of education is essential.

Salary: £26,928 - £29,551 per annum.
