Care Companion

About the Role

As a Care Assistant with Abacare Limited, you will be supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for compassionate and resilient individuals who are willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role, but you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
