Job Description:
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations across various sites, ensuring that our clients receive a high-quality service that meets their expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that they are working productively and safely.
- Build effective relationships with colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular site cleaning audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Support the recruitment and training of new employees, including site familiarisation and cleaning procedures.
- Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to promote a positive image of TENON FM.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and regulations.
Salary Estimate: £30,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
