Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a Global Consumer Manufacturing Company in West Wales. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or maintenance or similar manufacturing.
  • HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
  • Or equivalent of any of the above in electrical or mechanical fields preferably with a manufacturing background.
  • Ideally Manufacturing industry experience.
