Estimator / Billing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Billing Manager to join our team at Consilium Contracting Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and billing jobs marked as completed, as well as preparing accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment for private domestic works and social housing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and bill jobs marked as completed
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment for private domestic works and social housing customers
  • Use the Schedule of Rates (SoR) to estimate for social housing customers when requested
  • Issue quotations for private domestic jobs
  • Invoice private customers upon job completion
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate numeracy skills and commercial awareness

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of social housing and private domestic works
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
