Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Postal Delivery Associate to join our team at Pertemps Banbury. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for delivering post and parcels to residential and commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver post and parcels to customers on a designated route, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and integrity.
  • Sort and process mail and parcels within the delivery office, adhering to company procedures and regulations.
  • Operate Royal Mail vans, requiring a valid UK driving license and ability to drive safely.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet delivery targets and deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offenses.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good levels of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
