EES is seeking a highly skilled Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. You will work closely with our culinary team to create exceptional food experiences that exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service. They will be able to oversee and implement menu changes, identify opportunities to improve our food services, and listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.

About the Job

This is a full-time position contracted to 40 hours per week. The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a skilled Chef looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Overseeing and implementing menu changes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  • Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  • Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  • Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
