We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at CareTech Community Services Ltd. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our service users, enabling them to lead fulfilling and satisfying lives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support services.
  • Act as a role model for staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Offer regular supervision to all staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of our service users.
  • Participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care.
  • Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and other stakeholders, respecting confidentiality and promoting a culture of openness and transparency.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience at a similar level, preferably in a care setting.
  • Full driving licence, as the role may require travel to various locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Passion for working with vulnerable adults and a commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding.
