Waterworks Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Waterworks Specialist to join our team at Public Sewer Services.

This is a permanent, full-time position (47.5 hours) with a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per year, plus good overtime rates.

As a Waterworks Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring every ride is ready to roll with regular vehicle checks, keeping things in shipshape with organised time sheets and reports, as well as having toolbox talks/stand downs and equipment maintenance.

Your duties will include patch installation, re-rounding and lining pipes, working with pitch fibre pipes, cutting and reopening laterals, and LED curing.

You will need to be willing to get stuck in, work in confined spaces, and withstand extreme weather conditions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CIP methods and skills in cutting and/or LED curing techniques, but we also provide training for the right person.

If you have a knack for keeping things flowing smoothly, don't mind getting your hands dirty, and have a driving licence (valid for UK) with a clean record, this could be the role for you.

• Registered with Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS)
• HGV Class 1
• City and Guilds - Confined Spaces
• EUSR SHEA (water - multi-utility as required)
• NRSWA (new roads and street works act)
